Younjle Terms of Purchase
These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern all orders of custom-made trendy fitness apparel (“Products”) from Younjle (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through (the “Website”). By placing an order with us, you (“you” or “customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms, our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. Please review these Terms carefully before completing your purchase.

  1. Order Placement & Acceptance
    Binding Offer: When you submit an order through the Website, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected Products.
    Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, which includes your order number and details. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
    Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or reject your order (e.g., due to inaccurate customization details, payment issues, or product unavailability). Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation email.
    Accuracy of Order Information: You warrant that all order details (e.g., contact information, shipping address, customization preferences, measurements) are accurate and complete. We are not liable for delays or errors caused by incorrect information provided by you.
  2. Pricing & Payment
    Currency: All Product prices, fees (if applicable), and transactions are displayed and processed exclusively in United States Dollars (USD).
    Pricing Accuracy: We strive to maintain accurate pricing on the Website, but we reserve the right to correct pricing errors (e.g., typographical mistakes, system glitches) at any time. If a pricing error is identified after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel the order for a full refund or proceed with the correct price.
    Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure third-party payment methods as indicated at checkout.
    Payment Security: All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your payment details (see our Privacy Policy for more information).
    Payment Obligation: You agree to pay the full purchase price (including any applicable taxes—customs duties excluded) at the time of order placement. Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.
  3. Shipping & Delivery
    Global Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping to all countries worldwide—no minimum purchase or hidden fees apply.
    Order Processing & Dispatch: All custom Products are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) after order acceptance.
    Estimated Delivery Time: After dispatch, standard delivery takes 6-12 business days to all destinations globally. This timeline is an estimate and does not include customs processing time (if applicable).
    Delivery Tracking: A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email, allowing you to monitor your order’s progress.
    Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are your sole responsibility—we do not collect or cover them.
    Delivery Responsibility: Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, logistics disruptions).
  4. Returns & Refunds
    60-Day Return Window: You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange (subject to eligibility criteria outlined below).
    Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted if:
    The Product is defective (e.g., manufacturing flaws, faulty stitching, incorrect customization due to our error).
    The Product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact (for non-defective returns).
    Custom Products are eligible for return only if they are defective or do not match your confirmed order details (personal preference or incorrect measurements provided by you are not eligible).
    Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the Product (if defective). We will provide instructions for returning the Product (pre-paid shipping label for defective items).
    Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned Product. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method in USD.
    Non-Refundable Items: Shipping fees (if any, though we offer free shipping) and customs duties are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Product Warranty
    We warrant that all Products are free from manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage from improper use, washing, handling, or normal wear and tear.
    For defective Products within the warranty period, we will offer a full refund, replacement, or repair at our discretion (see our Refund Policy for details).
  6. Cancellations
    You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement for a full refund, provided production has not yet begun.
    After 12 hours, order cancellations are only permitted if the Product has not been dispatched. If production is in progress, cancellation may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 30% of the purchase price) to cover material and labor costs.
    Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are no longer available—you may instead request a return in accordance with Section 4.
  7. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (e.g., lost profits, inconvenience) arising from your purchase, shipping, or use of the Products.
    Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or the Products shall not exceed the total purchase price of the affected order.
  8. Changes to These Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website or placement of orders after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
