At Younjle, we’re proud to offer free worldwide shipping on all custom-made fitness apparel orders—no minimum purchase required. This policy outlines our shipping process, delivery timelines, and key details to ensure you know what to expect when ordering from us.
By placing an order with Younjle, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
- Shipping Coverage
We provide free standard shipping to all countries and regions worldwide (including but not limited to the United States, Canada, European Union, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia). No additional shipping fees will be added at checkout, regardless of your location or order value. - Order Processing Time
Since all our products are custom-made to your specifications, order processing (including production, quality inspection, and packaging) typically takes 3-7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
For urgent orders: If you need your custom apparel sooner, please contact our customer service team at before placing your order to inquire about expedited production options (additional fees may apply for rushed processing).
Order confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, followed by a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your package is dispatched. - Delivery Timelines (Standard Shipping)
After your order is shipped, delivery times vary by destination. Below are estimated delivery windows (business days, excluding customs processing delays):
North America (U.S., Canada): 7-14 business days
European Union: 7-12 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10-18 business days
Asia Pacific (Japan, South Korea, Singapore, etc.): 5-10 business days
Rest of World: 12-25 business days
Please note: These are estimated timelines only. Actual delivery may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, global logistics disruptions). We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities. - Tracking Your Order
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to monitor your order’s progress. You can also track your order by logging into your Younjle account (if created) and navigating to the “Order History” section.
Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to become available after shipping—please allow time for the carrier’s system to update. - Customs & Duties
For international orders (outside your home country), your package may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or fees. These charges are imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Younjle does not collect or cover customs duties, taxes, or fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to understand potential additional costs. - Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse shipping to countries or regions where local laws prohibit the import of our products, or where logistics carriers cannot provide reliable service. If your location is restricted, we will notify you via email and cancel your order with a full refund. - Missing or Lost Packages
If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please follow these steps:
Use your tracking number to check the latest delivery status (delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues).
If the tracking shows the package as “delivered” but you have not received it, contact your local postal service or delivery carrier to file a claim.
If the package is marked as “lost” by the carrier, or if you have not received it within 30 days of the shipping date, contact our customer service team at with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate and offer a replacement or full refund (per our Refund Policy). - Address Changes
You may request an address change within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting with your order number and updated address.
After 12 hours, we cannot guarantee address changes, as your order may have already entered production or been packaged for shipping.
